Section one and two are identical but in Section two the first team is the home team.

There is no playoff game for teams tied for 2nd
Tie breakers for seeding are:
1) Head to head
2) Record versus all the playoff teams
3) Better run differential
4)The Two Division winners get a bye and the remaining four playoff teams are seeded by records using the above rules to break ties
There is a one game playoff for:
Two or more teams tied for first
Two or more teams tied for the last playoff spot(s)
All playoff series are seven games on consecutive days, starting three days after the regular season
There will be a "Wild Card" team in the unlikely case of a team getting 73 wins and not making the top three in either division
That team would play the 6th Seed in a seven game playoff and if victorious they would become the 6th Seed.
If two teams reach the 73 win mark then after tie breakers determine seeding, the 2nd 73 win qualifer would play Seed # 5
If the second 73 win team is victorious versus Seed # 5 they then become Seed # 6
If there is a 73 win team then after their playoff series the winning team will be permitted one player move
