Commissioner Zangari clarified that a player’s days injured are not counted during a bye period.

League Revised Pitching Grades: Discussion was held with regard to modifying APBA’s pitching grades. Commissioner Zangari put forth the following proposal;

1) MLB.com will provide the official final stats used. No carrying the ERA out to three decimal points.
2) The appropriate chart will apply to the League the pitcher finished the season with.
3)Split Grade Pitchers, as designated by APBA, use the final season ERA for a relief grade
and a reduction of one grade for starts.

The proposal was passed by a majority vote and will be implemented for the 2013 ZSABL season.

Tom Doran motions to conclude the ZSABL Annual Meeting/George Taratino Seconds. Motion passes unanimously.
