ZSABL Treasury: $58.18

Old Business:

Rile Clarification: Commissioner Zangari after consulting with the ZSABL Owners decreed that there was a consensus for the following. A players result with an *(asterisk) will always be in effect if the player reaches base and the next base is not occupied by a base runner..

New Business:

Billy Bell motioned and Dave Turner seconded a motion that the ZSABL will not lower an APBA pitching grade of “C.” The ZSABL will continue to advance an APBA pitching grade of C per ZSABL rules. The motion was voted on and was passed with no objections. Will be implemented for the 2019 ZSABL Season.

George Tarantino motioned and Ed Kachnoskie seconded a motion to use a single E.R.A. Conversion Chart. The motion was voted on and was passed with no objection Will be implemented for the 2019 ZSABL Season. The following is the Official ZSABL Conversion Chart
