A. Gentleman’s Agreements will be considered binding upon commissioner’s confirmation of all parties involved. UNANIMOUS, Effective immediately 2009-2010

B. “Free” move for pitchers following rainout. Defeated

C. Mandated Five Man Rotation. Defeated

D. Limit Free Agent Draft To Ten Rounds. Defeated

Harry S.; Starting pitcher may not be removed from a game until he has pitched four innings or given up three runs. Approved by UNANIMOUS vote. Effective 2009-2010 Season.

Ed. K.; Last round of intradivision games MUST be played in scheduled order. No Commissioner instituted Wild Cat. Motion failed
