Old Business

Carl Swift moved that a reliever entering in the middle of an inning and advances to the next grade remains at that grade until he faces the first batter who bats from the other side. Phil Zangari seconds. 11 Yea 2Nay Will be implemented in 2012 season.

New Business

Ed Kachnoskie moves to eliminate the Unusual Card rule and continue to use Odd/Even dice role for fielding one fielders only. Discussion with no second.

George Tarrantino moves that the Odd/Even dice roll be expanded to included Fielding One First baseman. Discussion to interpret dice roll as Even=Error and Odd=Base Hit. Phil Zangari seconds. Yea14 Nay0 Unanimous Vote Will be implemented 2011

Commissioner Phil Zangari clarifies roster rule on what constitutes a back-up. Each franchise must have two players that have starting eligibility on their forty man roster. . A starter/back-up has at least 10 games played at a position. A reserve that has a Yellow Mark has less than ten games played at a position that is highlighted. A reserve (Yellow Mark) may serve as back-up on major league roster but may not start at that position unless both starters have been injured

George Tarrantino moves that a Wild Card be reinstituted for play-off eligibility. Discussion no second
