Presentation of 2014 Championship Trophy: Amsterdam

Administrative Business: Beginning with the 2015 Championship Season The ZSABL will follow the Major League Save Rule. (Commissioner Zangari)

OLD BUSINESS: None

NEW BUSINESS:

Discussion of ZSABL Adjusted Pitching Grades was held. Carl Swift moves to lower the ERA for ‘A’ pitchers. Phil Zangari suggests lowering the ERA for National League pitchers from 2.79 to 2.69 and American League pitchers from 2.99 to 2.89. Bill Groff Seconded the motion. Motion was passed 10 votes in favor/4 votes opposed. Rule will be implemented for 2016 Championship Season.

Discussion was held on the topic of the ZSABL Pitching Control Adjustments. Discussion was tabled for further analysis and may be brought up for discussion at a future date.

Dave Turner opened discussion the ZSABL Injury Rule. Dave motioned that the Injury Number on the Player’s Card be used as his time on the Injured List. Mel Smith Seconded. Motion was passed unanimously and will be become part of ZSABL Rules for the 2015 Championship Season.

Carl Swift motions to adjourn ZSABL Annual Meeting and begin the 2015 Free Agent Draft/Mel Smith Seconds. Motion Passes Unanimously.
